We supply chopped carbon fiber, milled carbon fiber, plastic pellets and preforms. We also deliver professional technical support and one-stop integrated solutions for your projects.

Chopped carbon fiber

We supply chopped carbon fiber in five variants: Strands, Tow, Granulated, Forged Flake and Recycled. Suitable for both thermoset and thermoplastic modification. Fiber length, filament count and compatible resin can all be fully customized.

Plastic pellet

Reinforced modified plastic pellets, including carbon fiber reinforced and glass fiber reinforced types, with excellent easy feeding for thermoplastic processing. Custom formulations provide superior rigidity and dimensional stability for thermoplastic composite molding.

Milled carbon fiber

Milled carbon fiber is finely milled into ultra-short powder-like fibers. It features outstanding electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and antistatic properties, along with excellent dispersibility and good lubricity. It is widely applied in thermoset resins, thermoplastics, coatings, adhesives, cement mortar and conductive putty. Available in mesh sizes from 50 to 800.

Our carbon fiber preforms include Felt, Veil and Component variants. They serve as the base substrate for manufacturing C/C thermal field components, with customizable geometry and areal density.

Step 01
Tow in, checked to grade
Raw carbon tow arrives by grade Tex, count and moisture are verified before anything is cut, so every downstream product starts from the same verified input.
Step 02
Cut to length, or milled to mesh
Chopped material is cut on calibrated equipment to the specified length 2-1000 mm, while milled grades are ground from 50–800 mesh. Controlled length is what makes the mechanical results repeatable.
Step 03
Converted into the product
Cut fiber becomes strands, granules or chopped tow depending on the process it has to feed. Different forms are available across our product categories.
Step 04
Inspected, packed and shipped
Length, mesh and dispersion are checked against the lot specification, then packed to keep the fiber dry in storage and in transit. Batches are shipped worldwide to compounding and molding lines.

Advantages of Our Carbon Fiber Raw Materials

Smooth feed: Pellets have a defined shape and bulk density, so they settle in the hopper instead of arching over the outlet. The feed rate stays flat instead of surging, which keeps the screw loading steady and the melt consistent batch to batch.
Continuous feed: A continuous feed means the line runs without stop-start bridging: no hopper crashes, no operator reaching into a throat, no throughput lost to the next starvation. Gravimetric and volumetric feeders hold their rate on pellets far more reliably than on loose fiber.
Easy feeding: No fluff, no dust and no tangled bundles — easy feeding means nothing to disentangle before the shift and nothing to clean afterwards. The material also loses less weight to fines, and the feeder can be swapped or re-calibrated without changing grade.
Economical: An economical route in two directions: more usable fiber recovered per tonne of scrap, because pelletizing stops fines being lost, and a lower cost per kilogram downstream, because less fiber is wasted at the hopper and less machine time is lost waiting on the feed.
